Many of these businesses are designed to help people through the immigration process and have a staff who are fluent in a variety of languages to help overcome the language issue. However, these services do add another layer of cost to the applicant.
Once you get the process started with the correct forms and with whatever type of help you deem important to help you get through the US immigration process, you will have plenty of time while the paperwork is being processed to study for the US citizenship test. The test is the final hurdle of the process.
